What to tell us
The more of this you can give us up front, the more accurate the quote:
- The site postcode, or a rough location
- What is proposed — extension, self-build, development, barn conversion
- Whether you need surface water testing, foul testing, or you are not sure
- Any planning reference or condition wording, if you have it
- When you need it by, and whether groundworks are already programmed
