Percolation Tests specialise in both surface water soakaway testing inline with BRE365 for SuD’s drainage design and Foul infiltration testing inline with Part H of the building regulations to aid the design of foul field drains.

Percolation Tests successfully complete hundreds of percolation tests annually and take pride in being able to quickly and efficiently produce reports suitable for planning and design. Each job is carried out and treated individually based on the clients requirements, site location and constraints.

Percolation Testing (BRE 365)

Soakaways are ensure as they ensure that surface water run-off is discharged into the ground. To carry this out, a percolation test to BRE365 is required, to calculate the infiltration rate required to size the proposed soakaway.
